Job Overview

A well-established company in Bahrain is looking to hire skilled Aluminum Fabricators to join their Aluminum Division. This role involves hands-on fabrication and assembly of various aluminum products, including doors, windows, curtain walls, and partitions. The ideal candidate will be experienced in reading technical drawings and capable of delivering high-quality workmanship in a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and work from fabrication and shop drawings with precision.
• Measure, cut, drill, punch, and assemble aluminum profiles according to specifications.
• Fabricate aluminum components such as doors, windows, curtain walls, and partitions.
• Install hardware, gaskets, seals, and other accessories accurately.
• Operate manual and powered fabrication tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure all products meet required standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety protocols within the workshop environment.

Requirements

• At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in aluminum fabrication.
• Ability to read and interpret technical and shop drawings effectively.
• Proficiency in using aluminum fabrication machinery and hand tools.
• Strong knowledge of aluminum profile systems, glazing methods, and related accessories.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
