Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Division Incharge to lead our Fabrication Works department in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This hybrid leadership role blends business development with project management, requiring a professional who can secure high-value contracts while overseeing their successful execution. The ideal candidate will be an entrepreneurial engineer, skilled in both sales and technical supervision, who can leverage industry networks to drive business growth and deliver fabrication projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

This role involves two distinct but interconnected phases:

• Business Development and Sales (The “Hunter” Phase):
  • Actively cultivate new business opportunities through your professional networks and client relationships.
  • Lead tendering and bidding activities by preparing competitive technical and commercial proposals.
  • Serve as the primary client liaison, managing expectations from initial inquiries through project completion.
• Project Execution and Management (The “Builder” Phase):
  • Organize and allocate resources by mobilizing internal teams and selecting qualified subcontractors or vendors when necessary.
  • Ensure all fabrication activities—including structural steel, pressure vessels, and piping—meet international standards such as AWS and ASME, as well as client requirements.
  • Oversee project timelines, budget adherence, and quality control to guarantee flawless delivery.
  • Lead on-site installation and commissioning efforts with strict compliance to Health, Safety, and Environmental protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in steel fabrication, with at least 3 years in leadership or sales roles.
• Proven history of securing projects across Oil & Gas, Construction, or Industrial sectors, particularly within Saudi Arabia’s MEP/Fabrication market.
• Technical proficiency in reading structural drawings, AutoCAD, and project scheduling tools.
• Strong negotiation abilities and a proactive problem-solving approach to lead diverse teams effectively.
• Expertise in sales operations, channel sales, and developing successful sales strategies.
• Excellent communication skills to maintain client relationships and lead internal teams.

Benefits and Compensation

This position offers a competitive base salary of 5,000 SAR, complemented by food allowance, accommodation, transportation, and petrol benefits. Additionally, you will receive a 1-2% commission on monthly sales, with incentives geared towards rewarding outstanding business results.
