Job Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) team in Kuwait. This role is ideal for a Filipino male with a background in fast-paced food service environments who thrives in leadership and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently. Your duties will include supervising staff, maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene, handling customer interactions and concerns, and supporting the team in meeting sales and productivity goals.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience in a QSR or fast-food setting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent customer service and clear communication abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety and hygiene standards.
• Competence in using POS systems and managing cash transactions.
• Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple tasks.
• Flexible availability to cover shifts during weekends and public holidays.
• Must currently reside in Kuwait.
