Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled HR Administrator to join a dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will bring 3 to 6 years of hands-on HR experience within the UAE, demonstrating strong knowledge of payroll management, HR operations, and a deep understanding of UAE Labour Law. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Admin will be entrusted with managing day-to-day HR activities, ensuring smooth execution of payroll processes, and maintaining compliance with all UAE labour regulations. Additional duties will include supporting employee relations, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, and coordinating administrative tasks within the HR department.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Fluency in Arabic is essential to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Comprehensive understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Proven experience in payroll processing and HR operations in the UAE market.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with the real estate industry is a significant advantage.
