Job Overview

We are seeking skilled Spray Painters and Wood Polishers to join a leading company in Bahrain, specializing in fitout and carpentry services. This role involves preparing, painting, and finishing wood surfaces to meet high-quality standards for interior and furniture projects.

Key Responsibilities

Your main duties will include preparing wooden surfaces by sanding and cleaning, applying paint, varnish, polish, and other finishes to carpentry items, and ensuring flawless execution of spray painting and manual finishing techniques. You will also be responsible for matching colors precisely, inspecting surfaces to make necessary touch-ups, and maintaining equipment and worksite cleanliness.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in painting and polishing wood, especially within carpentry or furniture manufacturing.
• Proficient in spray painting, PU coating, varnishing, and wood polishing techniques.
• Strong color matching and finishing skills to ensure consistency across projects.
• Ability to handle painting and polishing tools efficiently and maintain equipment.
• Experience working independently while meeting project deadlines.
• Physical fitness to perform tasks on-site and in workshops.

Additional Qualifications

Experience in furniture production or interior fit-out projects will be considered an advantage. Candidates should have a good understanding of finishing procedures and quality standards to deliver polished results consistently.
