Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Senior HR Executive currently residing in Bahrain to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling comprehensive HR operations and a solid understanding of Bahrain’s labor regulations and government compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will manage all facets of human resources including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee relations. Ensuring strict compliance with Bahrain Labour Law, LMRA, MOL, GOSI, and visa procedures will be a critical part of your role. You will also handle employee contracts, policy updates, disciplinary cases, grievances, and terminations, ensuring all actions align with the local legal framework. Leading recruitment efforts and overseeing performance management processes will also be essential. Additionally, you will provide HR guidance to management, coordinate training sessions, maintain accurate HR records, and serve as the primary contact during audits and government inspections.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 5 to 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior HR role
• In-depth knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law and local HR compliance standards
• Practical experience navigating LMRA, MOL, GOSI, visa, and government portals
• Must be a local hire, currently based in Bahrain with ability to join immediately or within a short notice period
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work autonomously and handle sensitive information with confidentiality
