Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Professional who is locally available in Bahrain and can join immediately. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Bahrain Labour Law, LMRA, GOSI, MOL processes, and end-to-end HR operations.
This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented HR leader who can independently manage HR functions while supporting business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee full spectrum of HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations, and exits
Ensure full compliance with Bahrain Labour Law, LMRA, MOL, GOSI, visas, work permits, and related government processes
Manage employee contracts, policies, handbooks, and HR documentation
Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, warnings, and terminations in line with local laws
Lead recruitment activities: sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
Manage performance management systems and employee appraisals
Advise management on HR best practices, legal risks, and workforce planning
Coordinate training and development initiatives
Maintain HR records and generate reports for management
Act as a point of contact for audits and inspections
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5–10+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR role
Strong working knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law and HR compliance
Hands-on experience with LMRA, MOL, GOSI, visas, and government portals
Currently based in Bahrain (local hire only)
Immediate joiner or short notice period
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters professionally
