Job Overview

We are seeking a committed HR Specialist based in Bahrain, ready to join our team immediately. This role is integral to supporting the core HR functions and ensuring compliance with Bahrain Labor Law and local HR regulations across day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Specialist will be responsible for managing daily HR activities and supporting the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to onboarding and ongoing employee relations. This includes maintaining employee records, processing employment contracts and renewals, and ensuring all HR practices adhere to company policies and legal requirements. Coordination with governmental bodies such as LMRA, SIO, and MOL is also a vital part of the role. Additionally, the specialist will provide assistance with payroll inputs, leave management, and handling employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures. Ensuring accurate HR databases and timely reports is key for smooth HR operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in an HR Specialist or similar capacity within Bahrain.
• In-depth understanding of Bahrain Labor Law and standard HR processes.
• Practical knowledge of procedures related to LMRA, SIO, and MOL.
• Excellent organizational skills paired with strong communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and a strict commitment to confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources management or a related discipline.
• Professional HR certification is considered an advantage.
• Experience working in diverse industries or corporate settings is a plus.
