Job Overview

Reef-Hail Fish Farming is seeking a driven Seafood B2B Sales Executive or Manager to lead the growth of their fresh and chilled seafood product lines across the Hail, Qassim, and Medina regions. This role focuses on building lasting business relationships within HoReCa, wholesale, and retail sectors, ensuring a strong presence in these key markets.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a robust sales pipeline and executing planned field visits, maintaining tiered pricing structures, crafting contract offers, and managing collections with an emphasis on Days Sales Outstanding (DSO). Coordination with operations to oversee cold chain logistics and product returns is essential. Additionally, the role requires active use of CRM tools to produce weekly and monthly sales forecasts and conducting analysis of competitors to stay ahead in the market.

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates should have between three to five years of experience in chilled food or seafood sales, complemented by a strong local network and persuasive negotiation capabilities. Proficiency in CRM software and Excel is mandatory, alongside possession of a valid driver’s license to support regional travel. Fluency in Arabic combined with effective working knowledge of English is required to communicate with diverse clients and teams.

Performance Metrics

Key performance indicators for this position include meeting weekly revenue targets, maintaining healthy gross margins, acquiring new clients, ensuring a pipeline coverage of at least three times the sales target, and keeping the DSO at or below 14 days.
