Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Business Development Executives and a Manager to join our team in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in securing projects within civil construction, particularly in the oil and gas and industrial sectors. This role also involves business growth in heavy equipment rentals and CCTV & surveillance systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new business opportunities in civil construction projects related to oil & gas and industrial areas.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients for heavy equipment rental services.
• Promote and manage sales efforts for CCTV and surveillance system projects.
• Prepare and present project proposals and negotiate contract terms to secure deals.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure project requirements and client expectations are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in business development within civil construction, heavy equipment rentals, or security systems.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid Saudi driving license and transferable Iqama are highly preferred.
• Immediate availability will be considered an advantage.
