Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled HR Advisor based in Bahrain to join our team immediately. This role involves delivering expert human resources guidance to both management and employees while ensuring strict adherence to Bahrain Labor Law and local HR regulations.
Key Responsibilities
The HR Advisor will provide daily support and advice to management and staff, ensuring all HR policies align with legal requirements. The role requires managing employee relations, handling disciplinary cases, grievances, and conducting investigations when necessary. You will also oversee contract management, terminations, notices, and end-of-service benefits. Coordination with authorities such as LMRA, SIO, and MOL is essential, along with supporting recruitment, onboarding, and documentation. Maintaining accurate HR records and assisting with audits are also key parts of this position. Additionally, you will contribute to performance management and other HR initiatives to support organizational goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in an HR Advisor role or a similar position within Bahrain. A thorough understanding of Bahrain Labor Law and hands-on experience with LMRA, SIO, and MOL procedures are critical. Strong communication and advisory abilities, paired with excellent interpersonal skills, are necessary for success in this role. The candidate must demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, and the capacity to independently manage multiple HR functions efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline is preferable. Relevant HR certifications will be considered an advantage. Experience working across various industries will also enhance your suitability for this role.
