Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining strict discipline within the team, managing technicians and drivers, and ensuring adherence to company policies including attendance, uniforms, and conduct. Efficient fleet management is crucial, with a focus on vehicle maintenance, cleanliness, and optimized routing. Coordination with the sales team is vital to guarantee technicians arrive punctually to job sites. Additionally, the manager will prepare a comprehensive weekly executive report covering revenue, operational challenges, and HR matters for the company owner. Handling visa renewals, leave scheduling, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations in cooperation with government entities also fall within the scope of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The role requires a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience managing field teams in Bahrain or the GCC, preferably within pest control, facility management, or construction sectors. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, authoritative, and able to inspire respect and discipline among team members. Fluency in English and Hindi or Urdu is essential, with Arabic considered a plus. Familiarity with Bahrain labor law and LMRA procedures is a must. Proficiency in Excel, email communication, and CRM or scheduling software such as Odoo is expected. Holding a valid Bahrain driving license is also mandatory.
