Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable Store Keeper to manage materials and equipment at project sites across the UAE. This full-time role requires 2 to 5 years of experience within construction, MEP, or project environments. The successful candidate will oversee the organization, tracking, and distribution of supplies to support efficient project progress.

Key Responsibilities

The Store Keeper will be responsible for the following tasks to ensure smooth site operations:

  • Receiving and inspecting incoming deliveries to confirm accuracy and quality.
  • Maintaining accurate stock records, inventory logs, and updating ERP systems regularly.
  • Issuing materials and tools to site teams based on approved requisitions.
  • Organizing store areas to ensure materials are stored safely and systematically.
  • Monitoring stock levels and coordinating timely replenishment of supplies.
  • Conducting periodic inventory audits and resolving any discrepancies found.
  • Tracking the issuance and return of tools and equipment rigorously.
  • Ensuring the store area remains clean and adheres to health and safety guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Diploma or certificate in Store Management or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Proven experience working in construction, MEP, or project-based settings.
  • Strong understanding of inventory control procedures and material handling.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel and ERP software.
  • Physically fit with excellent attention to detail.
