The ideal candidate will have 12 to 20 years of proven experience managing and securing commercial and industrial projects valued around 50 million SAR. Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the tendering process, leveraging standardized estimation tools and thorough risk analysis to prepare competitive bids. Building and maintaining solid relationships with clients such as Aramco, RC, and private developers in the Eastern Province is critical. Additionally, the role involves pricing projects accurately and ensuring high win ratios through effective negotiation and commercial strategies.

Required Skills and Experience

• Extensive knowledge of the KSA contracting market, particularly in the Eastern Province
• Minimum 12 to 20 years of relevant experience handling large-scale commercial and industrial projects
• Demonstrated ability to secure and price tenders valued around 50 million SAR
• Strong network of clients and industry connections, including Aramco and other major developers
• Proven track record of winning bids, showcasing excellent negotiation and commercial acumen
• Experience in managing tendering teams and implementing standardized estimation software
