Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Quality Manager to lead and enhance the quality management system within our organization. This role focuses on strengthening the company’s overall quality standards to support sustainable growth and operational excellence in the oil drilling sector.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving the company’s quality management system. This includes overseeing risk management processes, ensuring compliance with industry-related standards, and driving key quality improvement initiatives. The role will also involve managing internal and client audits and supporting system certification efforts.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the oil drilling industry.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in quality management systems.
• In-depth knowledge of quality management standards and tools, with the ability to apply these effectively within the organization.
• Strong command of English communication skills—both written and oral—required.
• Preferred candidates will have bilingual Chinese-English communication skills.
• Proven track record in leading or participating in internal and client audits, system certifications, and significant quality improvement projects.
