Job Overview

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated car and motorcycle riders for delivery services in key Saudi Arabian cities including Jeddah, Makkah, Taif, and Medinah. This role offers competitive monthly salaries with performance-based bonuses and options to use a company vehicle or your own for delivery operations.

Available Positions and Compensation

There are different salary packages depending on whether you use a company vehicle or your own for deliveries.

• Car Riders Using Company Car: Monthly salary of 2,950 SAR plus a 200 SAR on-time attendance bonus. Drivers are expected to meet a daily target of 25 orders. The position requires working 12-hour shifts for 26 days each month.
• Car Riders Using Own Car: Monthly salary of 5,300 SAR plus a 200 SAR attendance bonus with the same daily order target and working hours as the company car option.
• Motorcycle Riders Using Company Motorcycle and Fuel: Monthly salary of 2,800 SAR plus a 200 SAR attendance bonus, targeting 25 orders per day on a 12-hour shift over 26 days.
• Motorcycle Riders Using Own Motorcycle: Monthly salary of 3,800 SAR plus a 200 SAR attendance bonus, maintaining the same workload expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver orders punctually while maintaining high service standards.
• Meet daily delivery targets consistently throughout the month.
• Ensure the safety and maintenance of the vehicle being used.
• Adhere to company regulations and traffic laws at all times.

Requirements

• Valid driving license suitable for either car or motorcycle use.
• Own vehicle is preferred but not mandatory for certain positions.
• Ability to commit to a 12-hour workday for 26 days each month.
• Strong punctuality and responsibility to achieve daily targets.
