Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager or Senior Sales Manager to join our Dubai operations. This role requires a seasoned sales professional with 8 to 15 years of overall experience, including a minimum of 6 years within the Middle East market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services sales and a proven ability to drive revenue growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will focus on developing new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships. Core areas of expertise should include digital transformation initiatives, Boomi integration solutions, robotic process automation (RPA), custom application development, as well as AI and data analytics services. A major part of this role involves building and sustaining executive-level (CXO) relationships, managing complex sales cycles, and closing large-scale deals.

Required Skills and Experience

• 8–15 years of comprehensive sales experience in IT services
• At least 6 years of proven success in the Middle East market, preferably UAE
• Strong knowledge of digital transformation technologies and solutions including Boomi, RPA, AI, and data analytics
• Demonstrated ability to engage with C-level executives and manage high-value contracts
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Current residency in the UAE is mandatory
