We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant with solid experience in real estate accounting to join our expanding team. This role requires hands-on expertise in managing financial records specific to real estate operations and ensuring accuracy in reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting tasks related to real estate transactions.
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports with high accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Handle accounts receivable and payable, reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
• Collaborate with other departments to support budgeting and financial planning.

Required Skills

• Proven accounting experience, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary and Benefits

The role offers a competitive salary ranging from AED 12,000 to 15,000 per month. Additional benefits may be discussed during the interview process.
