Key Responsibilities

The role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders such as chefs, purchasers, and business owners within the HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Cafe) segment. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, driving product promotion including new arrivals, and encouraging consistent purchasing behavior to increase revenue. Coordination with sales, operations, and finance teams is essential to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Protecting and growing the customer base through proactive engagement forms a core part of your duties.

Requirements

• Fluency in English is required.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles or sales coordination, preferably within foodservice, FMCG, or trading companies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and assist during off-duty hours when needed.
• Self-driven with a focus on achieving results.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
