Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and highly organized Recruitment Manager based in Bahrain who can join immediately. This role demands full responsibility for managing end-to-end recruitment activities while strictly adhering to Bahrain labor laws, LMRA regulations, and all local hiring procedures.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle for both local and international hiring needs. This includes developing and executing strategic recruitment plans aligned with the organization’s goals. Responsibilities also involve ensuring compliance with Bahrain Labor Law, LMRA, NPRA, and Ministry of Labor protocols. You will handle visa processing, work permits, employee transfers, and contract documentation while coordinating with government bodies and external agencies. Additional duties include candidate screening and interviewing for various positions, maintaining recruitment reports and forecasting hiring trends, as well as supporting onboarding and maintaining accurate employee records. Providing expert advice to management on manpower planning, hiring regulations, and compliance matters is also essential.

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or Senior Recruiter within Bahrain. A robust understanding of Bahrain Labor Law and recruitment regulations is essential, along with practical experience working with LMRA, NPRA, and MOL systems. Strong interviewing, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities are required to successfully juggle multiple recruitment demands within tight deadlines. Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to documentation are critical for this role.

Preferred Qualifications

A degree in HR, business administration, or a related field is preferred. Experience recruiting across multiple industries and familiarity with HR management systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS) would be advantageous.
