We are seeking a skilled Field Engineer for an urgent dispatch task based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves diagnosing and resolving connectivity issues with specific technical equipment on-site. This opportunity requires hands-on experience with standard tool kits and effective communication skills to coordinate seamlessly with site personnel and remote teams.

Key Responsibilities

Upon arrival at the site, the Field Engineer will meet with the Site Point of Contact (SPOC) to outline the purpose of the visit clearly. The engineer will focus on troubleshooting two devices, identified as Till2 and Reg99, which are currently offline. The main objective is to restore their online status promptly. Additionally, the engineer should be prepared to join remote support calls or bridges if further assistance is required during the repair process.

• Experience using a standard tool kit to handle field repair tasks
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities related to hardware connectivity
• Effective interpersonal skills to engage with site contacts professionally
