This opportunity is tailored for professionals available for a local transfer, offering a competitive monthly package of 2400 SAR. The role demands expertise in managing and operating building automation systems related to large-scale landscaping developments.

Key Responsibilities

The BMS Specialist will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing the building management system to ensure efficient operation of landscape-related installations. This includes troubleshooting system issues, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring seamless communication between various control systems involved in the project.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience working with Building Management Systems in a similar environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of BMS hardware and software relevant to landscape or outdoor facility projects.
• Ability to analyze and resolve system faults promptly to minimize downtime.
• Good communication skills to liaise effectively with multidisciplinary teams and contractors.
