Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Electrical BIM Modeler / Electrical BIM Engineer to join our team and contribute to ongoing and upcoming construction projects in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on creating and managing detailed electrical Building Information Models (BIM) while ensuring smooth coordination across multiple disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive Electrical BIM models for systems such as low voltage (LV), lighting, power, and extra-low voltage (ELV). You will conduct clash detection exercises to identify and resolve potential conflicts during the design and construction phases. Active involvement in BIM coordination meetings will be expected to facilitate collaboration between MEP, civil, and architectural teams. Additionally, you will ensure that all models meet project standards and specifications, supporting design, shop drawing preparation, and construction teams as needed.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• Proven experience working on construction or MEP projects within Saudi Arabia
• Strong expertise in Electrical BIM modeling techniques
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks software
• Experience in BIM coordination and clash detection processes
• Ability to collaborate and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including MEP, civil, and architectural professionals
• Familiarity with Saudi standards, project drawings, and on-site coordination requirements
