We are seeking a motivated and skilled Restaurant Supervisor to lead operations at a busy Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) in Kuwait. This position offers an opportunity for an experienced professional to manage daily restaurant activities while ensuring top-notch service, staff coordination, and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Restaurant Supervisor will oversee daily operations to guarantee smooth service and exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include managing staff performance, monitoring food quality and hygiene, handling customer feedback with professionalism, and supporting sales and productivity targets. The role requires maintaining compliance with food safety standards and assisting the team to meet operational goals effectively.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience as a Restaurant Supervisor within a fast-food or QSR environment.
• Strong leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and manage a team efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Comprehensive knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety and sanitation practices.
• Experience operating POS systems and handling cash transactions accurately.
• Ability to remain calm and organized in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
• Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
