Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer (Civil) with 5 to 7 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years working in Saudi Arabia or other GCC countries. The role is based in Al Hasa and requires a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. This position focuses on supervising and managing civil construction activities to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing all on-site operations from mobilization through project completion and handover. Key duties include:

• Managing site activities related to earthworks, site preparation, roads, and infrastructure development.
• Coordinating with subcontractors, site teams, and various departments to maintain smooth project execution.
• Ensuring compliance with safety procedures and environmental standards throughout the construction process.
• Collaborating closely with the Quality Control team to secure material approvals, resolve RFIs, and close any non-conformance reports (NCRs).
• Supporting the Planning Engineer by providing data and updates for daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports (DPR, WPR, MPR).
• Controlling construction costs by minimizing idle manhours, equipment downtime, and material wastage.
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly interim invoices in coordination with the Planning Engineer.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5 to 7 years of overall experience in civil construction projects, including at least 3 years as a Site Engineer in Saudi Arabia or GCC countries.
• Proven expertise in managing earthworks, site preparation, road construction, and infrastructure projects.
• Strong coordination and communication skills for working with multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
• Familiarity with project planning, cost control, and quality assurance processes.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations related to construction sites.

Additional Information

Preference will be given to Arab nationals. Salary will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
