Job Overview

We are currently seeking skilled professionals for two key roles within our Electrical and ELV project teams based in Medina, Saudi Arabia. The positions available are for an I&C Engineer (ELV Supervisor) and an ELV Foreman. Both roles require hands-on experience in overseeing and executing ELV system installations in compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

ELV Site Supervisor (I&C Engineer)

The ELV Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the daily installation activities of various ELV systems including CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Structured Cabling, Data Networks, BMS, Public Address, IPTV, Intercom, Gate Barriers, and Fiber Optics. This role demands close coordination with civil and MEP teams to ensure proper routing of conduits, cable trays, and device installation aligning with approved shop drawings and method statements.

Key duties involve allocating tasks to technicians and helpers, monitoring work progress, conducting quality inspections on cabling and terminations, preparing daily site reports, and assisting the ELV Engineer in testing and commissioning phases. The supervisor must also enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and client requirements, especially if working on projects for Aramco, NEOM, or Royal Commission.

ELV Foreman

The ELV Foreman role focuses on leading a team of ELV technicians through the installation, termination, and testing of ELV equipment including CCTV, access control, structured cabling, fiber optics, fire alarms, and public address systems. The foreman will ensure that all work complies with technical drawings and supervisor instructions. Responsibilities also include mentoring technicians on cable management, device mounting, and panel wiring as well as maintaining accurate records of materials and tools. Regular reporting to the ELV Supervisor regarding daily progress and material requirements is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• For the ELV Supervisor: Diploma or Technical Certification in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with 3 to 5 years of relevant ELV project experience in Saudi Arabia or UAE.
• For the ELV Foreman: ITI, Diploma, or technical certification in Electrical/Electronics and 2 to 4 years of experience as an ELV Technician or Foreman.
• Strong understanding of ELV systems, installation practices, troubleshooting, and ability to read and interpret ELV drawings.
• Effective communication, leadership, and team management capabilities.
• Familiarity with safety standards and quality assurance procedures applicable to ELV projects.

Work Environment

The roles are based on project sites within Saudi Arabia requiring on-site supervision and active coordination with multidisciplinary teams. Candidates must be prepared to work in a dynamic construction environment and comply with client safety regulations and site protocols.
