Job Overview

A well-established company in Kuwait is seeking a skilled Project Manager with a strong background in electrical engineering and project execution. This role focuses on managing elevated and concrete substation projects, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards within the oil and gas sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of electrical substation projects, particularly elevated or concrete substations.
• Ensure adherence to project quality control procedures and safety measures throughout all phases of project delivery.
• Coordinate effectively with clients as well as various subcontractors, including Mechanical, Fire-Fighting, HVAC, and other vendors.
• Review and analyze construction drawings, interfacing layouts, and other technical documents required for the successful completion of projects.
• Monitor and validate Bills of Materials (BOMs), maintain thorough documentation such as daily progress reports, manpower records, and work schedules.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BE / BTech) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Proven expertise in managing substation projects within the oil sector, working with reputed clients such as KNPC, KIPIC, and KOC.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities to liaise with multiple stakeholders and subcontractors.
• Hands-on experience reviewing technical drawings and construction documents.
• Ability to maintain detailed project documentation and reporting.
