Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled RTR QC Inspector to join our team in Haradh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time contract position operates on a rotation basis, focused on overseeing the quality and compliance of Reinforced Thermosetting Resin (RTR) piping installations within the oil and gas sector. The ideal candidate will ensure all jointing, lamination, curing, and hydro-testing activities meet Saudi Aramco’s stringent standards (SAES-S-070 / SAMSS) along with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

The RTR QC Inspector will be responsible for monitoring the entire installation process of non-metallic piping systems. This includes inspecting the lamination and curing stages, validating joint integrity, and conducting hydro-pressure testing. The inspector must ensure all work aligns with Saudi Aramco codes and industry best practices to maintain safety, durability, and reliability of the piping infrastructure.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Saudi Aramco approval as an RTR/Piping QC Inspector with a current SAP registration number.
• Successful completion of the Aramco Computer Based Test (CBT) relevant to RTR/Piping inspections.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in quality control inspection, with at least three years dedicated to RTR/GRP/FRP piping systems in oil & gas or water transmission projects.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong knowledge of international codes like ASME B31.3 and comprehensive understanding of Saudi Aramco standards including SAES, SAMSS, and SATIP.
• Proficiency in English to effectively communicate with project teams and document inspection findings.
