This key role involves managing procurement activities to support ongoing projects and ensure efficient supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will handle the complete procurement process, including placing purchase orders, liaising with suppliers, and following up on deliveries. Maintaining strong vendor relationships and negotiating favorable terms to secure quality materials at competitive prices will be essential. Coordinating with various departments to meet project requirements and deadlines is also expected.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience purchasing construction chemicals and building materials, preferably within the Saudi market.
• In-depth knowledge of supplier networks and market trends in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record in vendor management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using procurement management systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and capable of managing multiple procurement tasks simultaneously.
• Clear and effective communication abilities to coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.
