Job Overview

A leading company based in the Eastern Province is looking for a skilled Workshop and Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance activities for a large fleet of warehouse equipment. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership and technical expertise to ensure smooth operations and high service quality.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves supervising a team of over 25 technicians, planning and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, and managing Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs). You will be responsible for handling parts inventory and maintaining accurate workshop documentation. Additionally, diagnosing complex electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults forms a core part of the job. Efficient use and management of maintenance and workshop software is also required. Maintaining excellent communication with clients to ensure service quality is a vital aspect of this position.

Required Skills and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
• 5 to 7 years experience supervising fleet or workshop operations, especially in material handling equipment (MHE) or dealership environments
• Strong hands-on diagnostic abilities in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Experience working in Saudi Arabia is preferred
• Must hold a transferable Iqama and possess a valid Saudi driving license

Compensation and Benefits

The starting salary for this role begins at SAR 5,000 per month, with the possibility of negotiation based on qualifications and experience. Further benefits will be discussed during the interview process.
