Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor with expertise in marble restoration techniques, upholstery deep cleaning, and curtain maintenance. This role demands a professional with hands-on knowledge in grinding, polishing, crystallization of marble surfaces, as well as steam cleaning of sofas and delicate curtain washing to ensure premium results. The supervisor will take charge of conducting thorough site inspections and maintaining our company’s high-quality service standards.

Key Responsibilities

As a Supervisor in this role, you will lead and manage a team of cleaning technicians on client sites, ensuring all tasks are performed efficiently and meet the expected standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing hands-on training and continuous supervision to the cleaning teams.
• Overseeing marble polishing, burnishing, and crystallization processes to restore surfaces to their original shine.
• Managing the steam cleaning and deep cleaning of sofas to prolong upholstery life and enhance cleanliness.
• Carrying out careful cleaning of curtains and draperies, preserving fabric quality while ensuring freshness.
• Conducting pre-job site inspections to prepare accurate plans and quality benchmarks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Successful candidates should possess a strong technical background in marble care and fabric cleaning methods, combined with leadership abilities. Essential skills include:
