We are seeking a dedicated QSD Engineer specializing in roads and bridges to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on managing the execution of infrastructure projects while ensuring quality standards and deadlines are met. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supervising construction activities and working closely with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

The QSD Engineer will oversee daily construction operations to guarantee compliance with approved designs, safety standards, and project specifications. Managing on-site teams and coordinating with contractors, clients, and project managers form a crucial part of the role. You will be responsible for monitoring progress, resolving technical challenges, and maintaining effective communication channels across all project participants.

• Supervise construction activities on roads and bridges sites
• Implement quality control procedures throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth execution
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to optimize project delivery
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental guidelines

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in site management for road and bridge construction projects
• Strong knowledge of structural and civil engineering principles
• Ability to manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively
• Familiarity with industry safety standards and environmental regulations
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English to navigate a multicultural workplace
• Professional engineering certifications or licenses are advantageous
