We are seeking a skilled and experienced Manpower Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in manpower planning and coordination, particularly within the Saudi market, and be adept at managing client relationships and workforce requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating manpower needs, maintaining effective communication with clients, and ensuring smooth operational processes. Working closely with clients to understand and fulfill their staffing demands, the Manpower Coordinator will organize workforce deployment and proactively resolve issues that may arise.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a Manpower Coordinator in Saudi Arabia (KSA).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build strong interpersonal relationships.
• Proficient in managing client relations and addressing manpower requirements promptly.
• Highly organized and proactive with the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the Oil & Gas, Construction, or Industrial sectors is highly desirable.
• Holding a valid driving license is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to assist with reporting and communication tasks.

Candidate Preference
