We are looking for a friendly and professional female Hostess and Cashier Assistant to join our team in Bahrain. This role involves welcoming guests warmly, efficiently managing orders, and supporting cashier operations to ensure a smooth and pleasant customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests and guiding them to their tables with a welcoming attitude. Taking orders accurately both in person and over the phone will be part of daily duties. Coordinating with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and following up with customers to guarantee satisfaction is essential. Collecting customer feedback to help improve guest experiences and handling cashier transactions promptly and accurately are also key tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants should have excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor is important. Previous experience in hospitality or any customer-facing role is advantageous but not mandatory. Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
