We are seeking a skilled Female Office Administrator with strong operations experience to join a dynamic team based in Bahrain. The ideal candidate must hold a transferable visa and possess a minimum of three years of experience in office administration and operational management. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of administrative procedures alongside familiarity with accounting and HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will oversee various office and operational duties, including managing employee tasks and delegations effectively. Responsibilities include navigating government labor and social insurance systems such as LMRA, GOSI, and SIJILAT, and maintaining smooth internal processes that support both administrative and operational functions. Proficiency in MS Office applications like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is essential for daily reporting and communication.
Required Skills and Experience
- At least 3 years of proven experience in office administration or operations
- Comprehensive knowledge of accounting and HR workflows
- Strong familiarity with Bahrain labor regulations including LMRA, GOSI, and SIJILAT
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
