Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for implementing BIM processes for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in various construction projects. This includes creating detailed BIM models, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring clash detection, and supporting project delivery through accurate BIM documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a BIM Engineer on MEP projects, preferably within government contracting sectors.
• Proficient knowledge of BIM software tools and best practices for effective coordination.
• Relevant educational background and professional certification in BIM or a related engineering discipline.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Requirements
