Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Site Engineer with expertise in roads and bridges to join a dynamic construction team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This full-time, on-site role involves supervising infrastructure projects to ensure they meet all design specifications, quality benchmarks, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining effective communication channels among clients, contractors, architects, and other relevant parties. Daily construction activities will be closely supervised to manage on-site teams effectively. Additionally, the engineer will interpret technical blueprints to ensure precise layout and measurements are achieved on site.

Quality control procedures must be implemented and monitored to comply with all regulatory requirements. The role also requires coordinating materials procurement, scheduling, subcontractor activities, and ensuring overall project progress remains on track. A strong emphasis is placed on adherence to health, safety, and environmental protocols throughout the project lifecycle. The engineer will proactively address technical issues that arise during construction to mitigate delays and maintain project momentum.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential for effective collaboration within this multicultural environment. Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership abilities, technical proficiency in civil engineering principles related to roads and bridges, and sound problem-solving skills to drive project success.
