Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor with expertise in piping to join the Tasnee Project based in Saudi Arabia. This role demands a professional well-versed in industrial and petrochemical environments, focusing on detailed quantity take-offs, cost control, and collaboration with various project teams. The position requires a valid Tasnee card as a mandatory credential.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing quantity take-offs for piping materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy. You will prepare comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Material Take-Offs (MTO), and handle material reconciliation efficiently. The role involves measuring and certifying subcontractor invoices, managing cost control procedures, handling variation orders, and overseeing progress billing. Coordination with engineering, planning, and on-site teams is essential for smooth project execution. Familiarity with isometric drawings, P&ID, and General Arrangement drawings is required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years’ experience in piping quantity surveying
• Proven background working on industrial or petrochemical projects
• Must possess a valid Tasnee approval card
• Good working knowledge of SAP, Excel, and Primavera is preferred
• Immediate availability will be highly valued
