We are seeking a proactive and professional female candidate to manage front desk operations along with supporting marketing activities. This hybrid role involves greeting clients, handling calls and appointments, and assisting with marketing efforts including promotions, follow-ups, and coordinating social media presence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills and maintain a positive, professional demeanor at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting visitors with a friendly and professional attitude
• Managing incoming phone calls and scheduling appointments efficiently
• Supporting marketing initiatives such as promotions and client follow-ups
• Coordinating social media activities to enhance brand visibility
• Maintaining an organized and presentable front desk area

Compensation

The offered salary for this position ranges from 150 to 200 Kuwaiti Dinar per month.
