Job Overview

Al Najm Al Saeed Company Limited is seeking a skilled Pump Technician to join their engineering team in Riyadh. This role focuses on the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of water and chilled water pump systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability within the facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on water and chilled water pumps
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and operational pump issues effectively
• Replace mechanical seals and bearings to maintain pump integrity
• Ensure proper alignment between pumps and motors for efficient performance
• Maintain detailed records of service and repairs
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to optimize pump system operations

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience working with water pumps and chilled water pump systems
• Solid understanding of pump maintenance procedures and troubleshooting techniques
• Hands-on expertise in mechanical seal and bearing replacement
• Competence in pump and motor alignment processes
• Ability to carry out both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
• Possession of a valid driving license is a plus but not essential

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range is between SR 2,000 and SR 3,000 per month, commensurate with the candidate’s experience. The company also offers accommodation and transportation provisions to support employee well-being and convenience.

Work Environment and Joining Date
