Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Facility Engineer or Facility Coordinator to oversee and coordinate daily maintenance activities across various property types including residential compounds, villas, shopping malls, banquet halls, and commercial buildings in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This pivotal role serves as the bridge between site operations and upper management, ensuring all maintenance tasks are properly executed and monitored.

Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will be responsible for managing the coordination of maintenance work across multiple locations. Your duties will include tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), and assessing contractor performance to ensure quality and timely service delivery. You will also handle the Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system by managing work orders and generating detailed reports.

Additionally, you will review maintenance schedules, assess manpower allocation, and oversee material availability. Handling escalation issues and providing support to site supervisors will be part of your daily tasks. Preparing comprehensive weekly and monthly operational reports to update management will also be expected.

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Facility Management or Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) operations. Strong skills in coordination and reporting are essential to effectively manage maintenance workflows and stakeholders. Familiarity with CAFM systems and maintenance planning processes will greatly support your success in this role.

Organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and a readiness to work closely with field teams to resolve issues promptly are critical traits for this position.
