Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Supervisor to oversee CCTV infrastructure projects in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CCTV and low-current security systems, with hands-on experience managing installations and coordinating field activities. This role requires close collaboration with technicians, subcontractors, and clients, ensuring projects are completed on time and according to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Technical Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the installation of CCTV systems, including cable runs, camera poles, conduits, and managing equipment room setup. You will oversee daily site operations, coordinate with subcontractors, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and liaise with clients for smooth project execution.

Additional duties include reviewing project drawings, preparing material lists, monitoring installation progress, and supervising testing and inspection activities to guarantee system integrity and functionality.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 5 years of proven experience in CCTV, low-current, or security system projects.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV installation and infrastructure setup.
• Experience managing technicians and subcontractors on-site.
• Familiarity with industrial projects, preferably within Saudi Aramco standards and work procedures.
• Ability to handle work permits, safety compliance, and client coordination.
• Proficient in reviewing technical drawings and preparing material requisitions.
• Skilled in conducting testing and inspection to ensure system quality.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Holding a valid Saudi Arabia driving license is preferred.

Work Environment

This position is based in Khobar, Saudi Arabia, and involves working on industrial and security infrastructure sites. The role requires a hands-on approach to supervising on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and regulatory compliance.
