Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned IT Analyst with over eight years of experience, specializing in SAP ERP systems and project management. This role focuses on enabling functions such as Finance, HR, Procurement, and Legal through leading SAP ECC/S4HANA and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in gathering business requirements and delivering end-to-end IT solutions, driving automation, analytics, and AI-powered process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

The IT Analyst will take ownership of managing IT projects and collaborating closely with stakeholders, vendors, and compliance teams. The role includes ensuring cybersecurity measures and handling change management activities effectively. Key responsibilities also involve overseeing solution delivery across crucial business processes like Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Hire to Retire (H2R).

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in SAP ERP systems, particularly SAP ECC and S4HANA
• Proven project management capabilities
• Excellent business partnering and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to drive digital transformation and automation initiatives
• Experience with cybersecurity and compliance standards
