Ali & Sons Marine Engineering is seeking skilled Dock Operators with at least four to five years of hands-on experience to join their team. This role involves managing operations on floating docks at their facility in ICAD, Abu Dhabi. Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing docking, mooring, and vessel handling operations while ensuring all activities comply with established safety standards. Effective coordination within the dock operations and marine engineering teams is essential to maintain smooth functioning of floating dock processes.

Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 4-5 years experience as a Dock Operator
• Proven expertise in floating dock operations, including docking and mooring procedures
• Strong knowledge of vessel handling techniques and safety regulations
• Experience working in marine, shipyard, or port environments is highly preferred
• Previous work experience in the UAE or GCC region is advantageous
• Ability to join immediately is preferred
