Job Overview
We are looking for a professional and courteous Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and organized office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and clients in a polite and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls appropriately
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries
- Maintain both physical and digital filing systems for office documentation
- Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and manage calendars
- Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Liaise with vendors, utility providers, and building maintenance teams
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
