Aquarius Worldwide is seeking a highly experienced Service Sales Manager to lead our efforts in the heat exchanger and industrial equipment services sector. Based in Dubai, this role demands a professional with extensive technical sales expertise and a strong background in managing client relationships and contracts within demanding industries such as oil & gas, petrochemical, power, or marine.

Key Responsibilities

As a Service Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing client partnerships. Your role involves managing contracts, providing technical sales support, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored industrial service solutions that meet stringent industry standards.

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to increase market share.
• Maintain and enhance client relationships ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
• Oversee contract negotiations and ensure timely execution in line with company policies.
• Support technical sales efforts by providing expert knowledge of heat exchangers and related industrial equipment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in technical or service sales, preferably within the heat exchanger or industrial equipment sector.
• In-depth knowledge of ASME BPVC and TEMA standards is essential.
• Proven experience working with oil and gas, petrochemical, power, or marine industries.
• Strong commercial acumen with excellent business development and negotiation skills.
