Job Overview

We are seeking motivated Marketing Associates on a commission basis for a reputable Indian/Chinese/Grill restaurant located in Khobar. This opportunity is ideal for individuals passionate about the food industry and eager to promote premium quality cuisine. The restaurant offers fresh Indian and Pakistani mutton and chicken dishes prepared with high-quality ingredients, including the use of sunflower and corn oils to ensure excellent taste and health standards.

Compensation and Commission Structure

Marketing Associates earn commissions based on total monthly orders, with the following tiered system:

• 5% commission for monthly orders between SAR 100 and SAR 500
• 10% commission for monthly orders from SAR 500 up to SAR 2,000
• 15% commission on monthly orders exceeding SAR 2,000

In addition to commissions, associates receive a small monthly food allowance of SAR 240, plus coverage of fuel expenses and a phone package. Commissions are paid at the end of each month.

Performance Targets

To maintain the associate status, there is a minimum sales requirement of SAR 500 per month or SAR 2,000 per quarter. Consistently meeting these targets is necessary to continue participating in the program.
