Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in Bahrain. This role requires a candidate who is proactive, results-oriented, and deeply familiar with Bahrain labor laws. The successful individual will manage the entire recruitment cycle, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent while maintaining compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

The position involves full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through various channels such as job boards like Indeed, social media, and professional networks. Conducting interviews, coordinating assessments, and managing candidate communications are essential parts of this role. Additionally, preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and facilitating a seamless onboarding experience in line with Bahrain labor regulations are critical tasks.

Promoting the company as an attractive employer in the local market is another important responsibility. Building and maintaining talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring demands, and utilizing Bahrain-specific recruitment networks effectively, will support this goal.

Ensuring strict adherence to Bahrain labor law and company policies throughout the recruitment process is mandatory. This includes assisting with work permit applications, visa processing, and handling government documentation for newly hired employees. Keeping detailed HR records, reports, and recruitment metrics up to date is also required.

Collaboration with department leaders to understand hiring needs and job profiles is vital. Providing insights on recruitment trends, offering strategic advice to management, and supporting onboarding and employee retention efforts completes the scope of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Between 2 to 5 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably within Bahrain.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Bahrain labor law, HR compliance standards, and government hiring procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
  • Competency in MS Office applications, HRIS software, and recruitment platforms.
