INSULATION SUPERVISOR (OIL AND GAS EXPERIENCE MUST) REQUIRED

Description

Supervise and coordinate daily insulation, painting, and fireproofing activities according to project priority and schedule.

Monitor work progress, expedite tasks, and ensure timely completion.

Ensure all team members understand and adhere to project specifications, quality standards, and safety procedures.

Create and maintain work fronts by coordinating with other sections and stakeholders.

Conduct daily toolbox talks and ensure all workers are properly briefed on assigned tasks.

Report on daily progress, issues, and resource requirements to the Project Manager.

Ensure all materials, tools, and equipment are available and properly utilized.

Requirements:
Proven experience in supervising insulation, painting, and fireproofing works within the Oil & Gas industry.

Must be locally available in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama.

Strong understanding of project specifications, safety standards, and quality control in IPF works.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, isometrics, and work orders.

Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills.

Immediate joiner preferred.
