Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Insulation Supervisor with proven experience in the oil and gas sector to oversee insulation, painting, and fireproofing activities. The successful candidate will ensure project tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards, coordinating closely with various project teams.

Key Responsibilities

The Insulation Supervisor will manage daily operations including the supervision and coordination of insulation, painting, and fireproofing works according to project priorities and schedules. This role demands proactive monitoring of work progress, expediting tasks to meet deadlines, and ensuring strict adherence to project specifications and safety protocols. The supervisor will also facilitate smooth workflow by coordinating with different departments and managing work fronts effectively. Conducting daily toolbox talks to provide clear instructions to the workforce is essential, as is reporting daily progress, challenges, and resource needs to the Project Manager. Additionally, the supervisor will oversee the availability and proper use of all materials, tools, and equipment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience supervising insulation, painting, and fireproofing operations within the oil and gas industry.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, isometrics, and job orders accurately.
• Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication and coordination skills.
• In-depth knowledge of safety standards, quality control, and project specifications related to insulation, painting, and fireproofing (IPF) works.
• Must be currently residing in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama.
• Availability for immediate joining is highly preferred.
