We are seeking a dedicated Retail Executive to join our team in Kuwait. This role involves representing our branch by providing excellent customer service and supporting various front-end operations in the logistics and shipping sector. The successful candidate will interact directly with customers, handle shipment and billing processes, and assist in coordinating daily logistics activities.

Key Responsibilities

The Retail Executive will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to walk-in customers, managing shipment documentation, processing billing, and preparing daily reports. You will work closely with the operations team to ensure timely pick-ups and deliveries, assist in resolving customer inquiries efficiently, and escalate issues when necessary. Maintaining precise records to support branch goals is also essential in this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who hold Arab nationality and have at least one year of experience in retail, customer service, or logistics environments. Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English are a must, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer operations. A high level of responsibility, reliability, and commitment to customer care is essential. While previous logistics experience is beneficial, it is not a mandatory requirement.
