Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a skilled Production Manager specializing in bakery and pastry to lead our food manufacturing operations in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will bring at least five years of hands-on experience in pastry and bakery production and ensure top-quality standards while maintaining food safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

This role involves overseeing daily bakery and pastry production activities to uphold quality and safety standards. The Production Manager will manage and train the production team, develop work schedules, and strictly adhere to product recipes and specifications. The position requires enforcing food safety protocols, including compliance with SFDA regulations and HACCP standards. Additionally, the candidate will support Research and Development initiatives by testing and launching new products.

Other duties include preparing daily production reports, monitoring performance metrics, collaborating with the procurement team for timely material availability, and implementing cost-saving methods to minimize waste and optimize productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in pastry, bakery, and food manufacturing production management
• In-depth knowledge of baking processes, equipment, storage, and shelf life management
• Strong leadership capabilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability in problem-solving and team training
• Familiarity with food safety regulations, including SFDA and HACCP compliance
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines
• Immediate availability is preferred
